Before founding Dirty Verde Outfitters, Ian Silver cut his teeth in the muddy swamps and winding rivers of Louisiana — chasing Redfish, Gar, and Bass in some of the wildest waters the South has to offer. That grit and deep water sense stayed with him when he brought his passion west to Arizona, where he blended his bayou roots with desert waters to create something unique.

A versatile angler through and through, Ian brings decades of experience to every trip — whether it's stalking trout in mountain creeks, flipping jigs for bass, or crafting the perfect content piece for Dirty Verde Outfitters fast-growing online presence. As the visionary behind the brand, Ian’s as comfortable behind a camera as he is behind a rod and reel. turning big fish and wild places into unforgettable stories.

Casey – Freshwater Specialist

Casey is Dirty Verde Outfitters' freshwater specialist, with a passion for chasing bass and a deep knowledge of the Dirty Verde River. Whether he's flippin', jiggin', or dialing in the perfect presentation with conventional tackle, Casey loves helping anglers put more fish in the net.

When he's not guiding, you'll usually find Casey exploring the river from a paddle-board or kayak, targeting bass in hidden pockets or testing his skills against hard-fighting carp. His enthusiasm for freshwater fishing and his knowledge of the Verde make every trip both productive and enjoyable.
